Account Closure and Outstanding Balances
Customers may request the closure of their Belyfted account at any time, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
Before an account can be closed:
- All outstanding fees, subscriptions, and charges must be paid.
- Pending transactions and settlements must be completed or resolved.
- Negative balances or unpaid obligations must be settled before closure.
Where a positive account balance remains after closure requirements have been met, Belyfted will return the funds in accordance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
