How to Change Your Password

You can update your Belyfted account password at any time from your account dashboard to keep your account secure.

Steps to Change Your Password

1. Sign in to your Belyfted account.
2. Click your profile menu in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
3. Select Change Password.
4. On the Change Password page:
   • Enter your Current Password.
   • Enter your New Password.
   • Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password field.
5. Click Submit.

Password Requirements

For better security, your password should:

• Be at least 8 characters long.
• Include uppercase and lowercase letters.
• Include at least one number.
• Include at least one special character.

Troubleshooting

"Current Password is Incorrect"

Verify that you entered your existing password correctly. Check for:

• Caps Lock being enabled.
• Extra spaces before or after the password.
• Keyboard language settings.

"Passwords Do Not Match"

Ensure the Password and Confirm Password fields contain exactly the same value.

Unable to Log In After Changing Password

• Clear your browser cache and cookies.
• Sign out and sign back in using the new password.
• If the issue persists, contact Belyfted Support.
