Refund and Cancellation Policy
Belyfted aims to provide fair and transparent refund and cancellation procedures.
General guidelines include:
- Subscription fees already billed are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
- Transaction processing fees are typically non-refundable once a transaction has been successfully processed.
- Failed or duplicate transactions may be eligible for investigation and, where appropriate, a refund or reversal.
- Customers may cancel eligible services or subscriptions by contacting Belyfted Support.
- Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documentation.
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible.
